PUBLIC NOTICES
Businesses that emit air pollution to the ambient air are generally required to apply for and obtain an air quality permit. The Air Quality Program reviews the application and drafts a permit if the business can comply with state and federal regulations. Before the draft permit can be issued, the Air Quality Program is required to publish a notice in a legal newspaper in the county where the business is located or plans to locate. The public comment period is open for 30 days starting the day the public notice is published. The draft permits listed in the table below are open for public comment. A copy of the public notice (PN), draft construction permit (DC), draft operating permit (DP), and application review (AR) may be viewed by clicking on the appropriate icon.
